Read the articles "Scrum Master vs. Project Manager: Which One Is Right For You?" by Sheryl Grey on the differences between a Scrum Master and a Project Manager.

Reflect on your own experience and define a list of skills that you possess that would make you a good ScrumMaster and what skills you would need to improve. Then create a list of skills that would make you a good Project Manager and what skills you would need to improve.

Complete this analysis by writing a paragraph on the actions you plan to take.

Purpose: Project Management is an essential skill in Healthcare Informatics and having knowledge in both TPM and Agile will increase your professional skills. This homework compares your current skills and identifies any skills to improve in this course. In week 10, you will post a bio of your PM skills which will be based on the skills you identify in this homework.

Criteria for Success:

Option I: Use the 4-Box report to identify the skills that are included in a Project Manager and a ScrumMaster (Note: you can use additional resources for more details), skills that you currently have, and skills that you want to develop. The paragraph should include actions on getting these skills.

Option II: Use ChatGPT from OpenAI (or another Generative AI tool you use) to create a 4 paragraph report using the criteria identified in Option I. For this option, use Generative AI to provide the answer to 4 criteria and provide the following:

A. Submit the prompt you used in Generative AI
B. Submit the response you received
