4. Case study
in child care center, the Irish cultural group originates from the island of Ireland and or some who came to Australia through immigration while the Scottish were born in Scotland and came to Australia through epidemics, famine, and poverty. I could incorporate knowledge to the cultural groups through; training them on global citizenship, involving them in the celebration of cultural festivals and holidays, and also by making they learn the local language in Australia to bridge the cultural gap. The information needed to be shared through their leaders to ensure that they understand easily and also a translator could be provided for communication purposes.
