It is also important to be clear on roles and responsibilities within the law office when it comes to representation of criminal clients. Starting from the formal charges, and going through the potential appeal, provide a flow chart of each criminal component and a summary as to what takes place at each stage. Additionally, identify the role the paralegal could play at each point in the criminal case process.
