Overview of Virtual Activity
You will observe interactions between the community/public health nurse and a variety of clients who are being seen for follow-up after being discharged from the hospital. As part of each client scenario, you will observe how the nurse evaluates what services the client is currently using or may need for a successful transition, and you will be asked to answer questions relating to what you have learned in the client scenarios.
