The purpose of this homework is to create an informative and engaging education resource tailored to a specific audience. This project aims to address the chosen audience's unique needs and concerns while comprehensively exploring the multiple aspects of stress and its impact on physical and mental health.

Create either a newsletter, poster, or brochure in which you comprehensively explain the following:

A. Identify and discuss the origins of stress and how stress affects people (i.e., financial, school, work, relationships).

B. Identify the risks of stress on an individual's health. What are the biopsychosocial effects of stress on the body (include both short- and long-term effects)? What factors put someone at risk for stress and disease?
