Assignment:

Present a Visual Line Plan as a Product Manager for a brand in the A&O industry. The challenge is to address the product line plan that is authentic to the brand and demonstrates an understanding of the brand's core values, current and past product lines, and consumers.

Include the following:

1. Provide an overview of the brand and current product line

  • Include the brand/product line's Winning Aspiration, Where They Play, and How They Win

2. Current year/season product line and the following year/season product line

  • You may include past years/seasons, as well as more than one future year/season as part of your plan

3. Clearly and visually segment the product line in a way that helps demonstrate the product strategy

4. Identify the changes in the product line in terms of discontinued product, totally new product, and line expansion/extensions.

5. Present your case for the changes in the product line in terms of business opportunities, consumer needs, new markets, innovations, pricing/costing, etc.
