Overview
In this assignment you will start to develop a profile for the customer interested in your selected brand for your marketing plan. It's time to create a customer profile for your primary customer market-or the most frequent users of your product or brand.
Procedure
Research and explore how your profile is the best choice for promoting your brand or product in the future.
First, identify the primary customer market and identify three to five demographics and three to five psychographics of this primary market for your selected brand or service. These customers are often the primary users of the product.
Next, create a customer profile for a member of this target market.
Add a picture of the customer that most resembles the demographics and psychographics of your customer.
Include the basic characteristics of your current and potential customer such as age, income, education, and geographic locations. Include the customer's social class.
Evaluate your customer's' lifestyles such as hobbies and other interests.
Give your customer's profile a name such as "Savvy Shopper Sally, Budget-Conscience Bill," etc.
Add a conclusion that explains why your customer profile is important to marketing professionals, brands, and companies.
