You will choose a population that faces challenges in relation to diversity, equity, or inclusion. it can be one you have been focusing on for your previous assignments or a new population. You will then develop a PowerPoint presentation to provide this training.

Submit a 7 to 8 page PowerPoint presentation that should be APA formatted with a minimum of 4 references, include a cover page, reference page, includes visuals, and the following content:

Identify the population you are going to provide the training on, this should include statistics, demographics, and the area of the problem that this population is currently experiencing in your community in relation to diversity, inclusion, or equity (i.e.. Racism, sexism, inequity, oppression, micro aggressions, etc...)
Provide a brief overview of: how the historical, social, political, economic, and institutional systems impact the understanding of the diverse population
Identify cultural values, traditions, and beliefs of the diverse population with a clear connection to the population and issue being discussed in the training
Discuss what areas of oppression, poverty, marginalization, alienation, stereotypes, and discrimination that is experienced by this diverse group with statistics, a story, current events, or examples.
Identifies at least two skills or strategies you would apply to practice with clients from this diverse population that are research-based and clearly connected to the population being discussed including a clear example of how this strategy or skill will be applied.
