Define Compensation Levels

Question 1: Identify the percentage of base pay, performance pay and indirect pay for each of the existing positions at Kapote: Owner/General Manager, Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, Bookkeeper, Craftsperson, Head Artisans and Sewing Machine Operators.
