For each of your contract examples, use the legal definition of a contract from your textbook to discuss each element of the contract as it applies to your three (3) contract examples. This means that you need to DEFINE EACH ELEMENT of the contract. Then you need to apply the facts of your example to determine whether each element or requirement of the contract was met. If you do not define each element of the contract and apply these elements to the facts of your situation, you will not receive full credit. Look in your textbook for the elements of a contract.
