This discussion will require you to identify three (3) contracts you made. To receive full credit, you must identify three (3) contracts and answer the following questions for each of your contracts in your Discussion post:

  1. For each of your contract examples, use the legal definition of a contract from your textbook to discuss each element of the contract as it applies to your three (3) contract examples. This means that you need to DEFINE EACH ELEMENT of the contract. Then you need to apply the facts of your example to determine whether each element or requirement of the contract was met. If you do not define each element of the contract and apply these elements to the facts of your situation, you will not receive full credit. Look in your textbook for the elements of a contract.
  2. Identify the parties to the contract. Use the legal material in your textbook to explain the LEGAL BASIS for your answer.

  4. Describe any legal issues regarding the contract. Review your textbook and Module to identify any legal issues relating to the contract. (For example, was the contract in writing? Was this an oral contract? Was there acceptance? Was there capacity? etc.); and
  5. If the contract was in writing, did you actually read the contract? Explain your response and cite the evidence that supports your contention.
