Question: Write project report on identify the optimal sintering pressure and temperature conditions for the minimization of the porosity in the AI6061 cold sprayed deposits. The simulation techniques will be applied for this purpose using the FACTSAGE software. The sintering parameters will be varied using the software and porosity levels resulting from it will be analyzed. The ideal conditions for the minimization of the porosity in the final deposited material will be identified in this research study.
