Case Scenario: "Tim and Marie are a young married couple who lost their unborn child due to a miscarriage three months ago. Marie was eight months pregnant and experienced sudden complications during her pregnancy. After an emergency delivery, their child did not survive. This was their first child. Tim has become very angry and is not talking to Marie about his feelings. Marie has become depressed and reportedly has not left her home since the loss of their child three months ago."
