Sentencing decisions in the case are well defined and understood, and justified within the context of the legal framework and the particulars of the case, with reference to both the relevant legalisation and research literatures base. Well organised, demonstrates logical sequencing and structure. No spelling errors, etc.. Publishable standard. A range of key references have been sourced to support the thesis of the submission. Reference list is complete and in APA style, with excellent use of in text refs.
