Description - Theme and Variation is a classical music form that is constantly used in all styles/genres of contemporary music. As the theme repeats, changes (variation) are offered with each repetition. Each variation of the theme can offer substantial or subtle changes in rhythm, pitch, harmony, accompaniment, dynamics, articulations or timbre.
Select a contemporary piece of music where the theme (verse or chorus) is repeated and varied.
Identify the name of the piece and composer (artist/group)
