Please identify the most important stakeholders (those vitally impacted and/or concerned with the success of your influence attempts) of your influence, or leadership attempts. Divide these stakeholders into those that are most important and the others, who are important, just not as important. Make a list of both groups. State what were the major criteria that separated the two groups. Draw a diagram representing how the two sets fit together. That diagram can take any form. For example, a set of concentric circles or boxes, pyramids, boxes that look like stairs, etc.
