You work in the administrative department at a medical clinic. The head doctor wants to have a meeting with all staff including, the two nurses, the male doctor, the receptionist and yourself. The doctor is concerned about the number of clients they have to see during the clinic hours and wants to discuss ways they can see more patients in less time. She also described wanting to discuss changing the clinic's hours during the summer from 8-4pm to 9-5pm but wants to make sure that is okay with all staff. As you and the doctor were discussing, one of the nurses asked if during the meeting she can share her idea for a new charity they could support. You only have 30 minutes for the meeting.
