Case study' Comparing 'Iran and China'

This is a qualitative research assignment 'case study'. Please write an executive summary examining and comparing Iran with China, their political ideology, governmental regime and institutional structure that define their 'state, identity and culture' as nations. You will be prompted to identify the key factors defining these two nations political ideology by research on their history reflecting on regime change, political behavior, and governmental structure.

Through your own critical and comprehensive analysis you can make a comparison and detect the similarities and differences that these two nations have in their past institutions and how they derived be authoritarian regimes. Both nations have a massive political history of authoritarian and totalitarian governments and once they had absolute monarchies; very interesting countries to study and research on how important religion was for China in the past vs Iran in the present time.
