Question 1 - Compiling the List

Identify the interpersonal relationship context that you want to work with: Workplace, family, friendship, or romantic relationships. I am only requiring you to select one context, but you are welcome to choose more than one, or even all if you feel so motivated. An existing relationship in mind (i.e. "this is how I plan to deal with my older sibling from now on. .") or a hypothetical future relationship (in my next job I will..)
For the context(s) you choose, list relationship aspects or behaviors that are non-negotiable. These are the types of behaviors or characteristics that, when they occur the first time, will compel you to take action without hesitation:
Clearly identify the action you will strive to take when confronted with one of these behaviors. These actions can include, but are not limited to initiating a conversation, seeking outside help, distancing yourself from the person, or even terminating the relationship altogether.
Last, identify and describe what your accountability measures for holding to this list is if one of the items comes up. For example, sharing it with a trusted individual in your life (friend; therapist; etc.) and asking them to hold you to it. Essentially, identify an outside person that you can turn to when things truly hit the fan.
The next part is more reflective in nature. I suggest allowing some time between completing the first part and the second part.

What questions did you ask yourself, or internal thoughts did you have while creating your list?
In what ways did your list surprise you? In what ways did it confirm what you already believed about yourself (consider the relation to self-concept)
How do you believe this list will support you in reaching your own relational goals?
