Step 2: Assess the strategic importance of the existing business relationships against the following strategic organisational objectives and document the outcomes using Template 9: • Strategic objective 1: Establish alliances and partnerships with organisations offering professional development programs for the ongoing development of staff members • Strategic objective 2: Implement the best CRM that will allow the organisation to manage and communicate with the customers via a range of social media channels.
