Several campaigns have been launched to bring consumers' attention to the risks of irresponsible alcohol consumption, but in more recent times, attention has diverted to the irresponsible service of alcohol. Owners of liquor licenses, alcohol servers and consumers are all responsible for ensuring that they do their part to sell, serve and consume alcohol responsibly.
