Choose an organization that made an effort to improve its diversity and inclusion within their workforce. This should be a rather large organization, e.g., Google, GM, IBM, and one in which the diversity effort has been studied. Choosing an organization of this nature will help you find references that effectively describe the issue and intervention that was made.
Identify the diversity issue within the organization and the solution the organization chose. Identify the leaders of this change and how they approached the issue and solution.
Describe the solution and its impact on the diversity within that organization. Consider problems encountered and adjustments that were made.
Make recommendations for future efforts to solidify the change and continue the forward progress. Or, if applicable, make recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness of current diversity efforts.
