Chobe Breweries (Pvt) Ltd is a successful beverages manufacturer and distributor in Botswana. Its top leadership comprises two men and one woman. The Managing Director is Mr. Molokgwane. He is very popular with subordinates. He ensures that his subordinates agree on tasks as a team. He ensures that there is greater motivation and commitment of all employees in order to achieve success. Mr. Molokgwane established a strong team made up of knowledgeable and skilled members. Mrs Motswanaesi is the Human Resources Director. She is nicknamed "Iron Lady" because she is a tough nut to crack. She is a boss of the highest order. Her word is final and so far more than ten employees have been fired on the spot for attempting to question her decisions. On the other hand, Mr Kgomotso, the Marketing Director, is the direct opposite of Mrs Motswanaesi. He gives very little or no guidance to his subordinates leaving them to use their own discretion. He allows them complete freedom to make decisions. Mr Kgomotso's role is just providing subordinates with the tools and resources needed to do the job with no or very minimum supervision. He expects group members to solve problems on their own.
