Visit Local Area Unemployment Statistics. This resource provides a range of government data regarding economic indicators, including unemployment.

Choose the state where you live or one where you have lived and write a one- to two-page response covering all of the following:

1. Identify the current unemployment rate in your state or a state where you have previously lived.

2. Analyze how the unemployment rate has changed over the past two years for which there is a full set of data.

3. Identify two additional Internet sites that you would consult to generate a local angle on this information.

4. List at least one advantage and one disadvantage of using the Internet to research local employment rates.

The paper must be one to two pages in length and formatted according to APA style. Cite your sources in text and on the reference page.
