During the Covid-19 Pandemic, many businesses either closed, suspended services, or significantly modified their operations. Use your knowledge of cost behavior and how to analyze issues like: breakeven point, scarce resource utilization, make or buy, special order, discontinuing a segment, etc. These are the types of issues and decisions faced by organizations during the pandemic.

For your current or prospective career, describe the managerial accounting calculations and evaluations that went into the decisions to modify the company's operations during the pandemic. If the operational change was mandated, then describe the consequences of the operational change.
