Describe a problem or an issue in your life that you would like to change. The change can be in your personal or work life. For example, it could be a personal change such as planning to exercise more or quitting smoking. Alternatively, it could be a professional change such as receiving a promotion or changing jobs.
Using Figure 17.1 from your text as a guide, create a force field analysis for your change. A force field analysis helps you identify the compelling reasons for change and those "forces" which will oppose your change.
Describe at least four forces for change and four for the status quo. Then, outline the change(s) you want to see. Describe the end goal and the consequence of the change with one to two sentences. Be as specific as possible.
Working with Lewin's Change Model, details each step as described below:
