Once the candidate gets through the initial screening and submits his application form, employment tests are conducted. These tests are used to get information about the candidate which is not available in the application blank or cannot be gathered through an interview. This helps in identify the characteristics of the individual would which would make him more suitable for the job than the others who have applied.
