Case Study: The traditional model of servicing local markets has been challenged by increasingly open trade throughout the world. Low-cost, high-quality manufacturing is now available to even small businesses. Similarly, it is easier than ever to access foreign markets for potential customers.

Imagine that you own a small business in London, Ontario.

Your research has shown that your primary appeal to your customers is your understanding of the challenges faced by your clients in London and area.

This includes your knowledge of appropriate methods of dealing with problems particular to your industry and location of your business.
