Question - A mother posts an update about her daughter's admission to hospital following a car accident where she sustained a broken leg. She is annoyed that her daughter has to wait for surgery but that everything had gone well. The mother tags her friend, a nurse who was working in the hospital ward the night the daughter was admitted. The nurse responds to the comment, thinking it was a private message and inadvertently provides information about the daughter's recovery and the status of the other person in the car. The parents of the other person have seen the social media post and have contacted the hospital to complain.
