Guidelines: i. The document should not be more than 12 to 15 pages in (size A4) paper. ii. The document should be well presented and neatly done. iii. It should be computer typed using Calibri size 12 font and the Softcopy is to be submitted through Moodle. iv. The report must have a Title Page, table of contents, reference, bibliography and page number. Please avoid wiki as reference. v. Heading should be with Font Size 14, Bold, and Underline. vi. You are welcome to discuss about the case study with the lecturer in his/her office hours.

Only one team member must submit the Case Study work proposal in the form of word document in Moodle. Each team member will get the same marks for work proposal. 2. Proposal Documentation : 30 Marks 3. Project Management tools and techniques used : 10 Marks 4. Individual contribution : 20 Marks 5. Knowledge (Viva voce ) : 20 Marks 6. Presentation skills : 10 Marks Presentation guidelines: • Zero marks will be awarded if student is absent for presentation. • Each team will be given 20 minutes for presentation and VIVA which can be extended by another 10 minutes if needed. • The individual contribution of the member will also be evaluated during the presentation.

Evaluation guidelines: The evaluation will be done on the strength of analysis presented in the proposal. 1. Case study work proposal submission : 10 marks Submit a work proposal for this case study by provided in Moodle, which must include: • Selecting the team members , through the turnitin link • What team members will do – Identifying minimum three tasks that each team member will do and the dates by when these task will be completed also plan and submit mode of communication between the team members. • Understanding of deliverables – a detail description of deliverables • General overview of proposed plan - initial understanding of solution to all the tasks • Resources identified

Instructions to student: • You can make use of the library resources to find information • Internet resources can also be used to search for information • Present the relevant references/citation at the end of the document • Marks will be awarded for the content written in your own words • If two or more documents contain duplicate information, marks will be deducted
