Once you have identified the representatives (Arizona representatives), select one of them and write letter to them about an issue you think is important. In your letter I will be looking for the following.

A greeting to the representative and explanation of who you are.
A description of the issue you would like the representative to address.
An explanation of why this issue is important to the citizens represented by the person you have chosen to write to
A explanation of what you would the representative to do to resolve this issue.
An expression of gratitude (thanks) to the representative for taking the time to read your letter.

Insert a copy of this letter in to your paper. Following the letter, write brief explanation of why you chose to write to this representative with this issue and discuss whether or not you think the representative will actually read it and respond. Be sure you discuss each of the following

1. Explain if the letter was sent as an email or through the postal service.

2. Discuss whether or not you think the representative will read the letter and/or do something about it.

3. Explain whether or not you think your letter will receive a response.
