Question: Using the internet, identify 2 Event Planning Software available. Evaluate their website and identify the strengths and weaknesses of each of the software you selected. Look at the software in relationship to the 5 phase event planning process. Identify the areas that would be helpful in each stage of the planning process. Which one would you choose and why?

My solution to this but I need more strengths and weakness of these two event planning software. Additionally, talk more about the two software. Look at people's reviews on them as well.

Two Event Planning Software along with their strengths and weakness are as follows:

Regpack

Strengths: works on multiple platforms, reasonable price

Weakness: Deployment only through cloud, Only for small businesses

Bizzabo

Strengths: works on multiple platforms, for all small, medium and large business

Weakness: Expensive, Deployment only through cloud

In relationship to the 5 phase event planning process, the two software are most useful in planning and coordination. I would chose Bizzabo since it gives me flexibility to expand my business in the long run without having to change software.
