Blood Pressure: 144/78 Hg
Heart Rate: 108/min
Respiratory Rate: 26/min
Oxygen Saturation: 89%

Lea is short of breath; lung sounds have wheezing throughout. Lea reports taking albuterol 15 minutes before a run on a hot, humid mid-afternoon. She got short of breath during the run and slowed down. She did not have her inhaler with her, but reports taking two puffs when she returned home and again 30 minutes later. She didn't feel she was getting better, so she came to the clinic.
