These are the Top 5 Strengths of my assessment.

1. Strategic -This theme enables you to sort through the clutter and find the best route. It is not a skill that can be taught. It is a distinct way of thinking, a special perspective on the world at large. This perspective allows you to see patterns where others simply see complexity.

2. Includer-" Stretch the circle wider" This is the philosophy around which you orient your life. You want to include people and make them feel part of the group. In direct contrast to those who are drawn only to exclusive groups, you actively avoid those groups that exclude others.

3. Futuristic- You are the kind of person who loves to peer over the horizon. The future fascinates you. As if it were projected on the wall, you see in detail what the future might hold, and this detailed picture keeps pulling you forward, into tomorrow. You are a dreamer who sees visions of what could be and who cherishes those visions.

4. Positivity- You are generous with praise, quick to smile, and always on the lookout for the positive in the situation. Some call you light-hearted. Others just wish that their glass was as full as yours seems to be. But either way, people want to be around you.

5. Learner- You love to learn. The subject matter that interests you the most will be determined by your other themes and experiences, but whatever the subject, you will always be drawn to the process of learning. The process, more than the content or the result, is especially exciting for you. You are energized by the steady and deliberate journey from ignorance to competence.

When I first did the test I was curious about what I was going to get. Four years ago when I took the test to right now I can look back and say that I truly have these strengths and I've been working and using them each and every day of my life. And reading them again this week has put a new spark on my life again and I'm excited.

Two ways an organization can use this is one you can find out where your employees would be the best at the company they work for. You can use their strengths at the maximum capacity without having to worry about them failing because they are using their strengths. Second, it can boost the team morale up because it shows you care enough to learn about them and how they can assist your company in the best way possible with what they are good at. It also gives them a sense of direction on what they are really good at and lets others know whom they can work best with to get the best results at the job. It reduces stress and it will also let people understand each other more on why different people react a certain way depending on the situation at work.

I am disciplined, focused and consistent in my daily routines. I am not much of a fighter, I tend to understand both sides and have the ability to put myself in someone else's shoes. I love that my friends and myself all hustle towards our personal goals and we always keep each other motivated.

Gallup's StrengthsFinder assessment can help you identify the strengths of the people working in your teams. Once you know what strengths are present, you can begin to make the most of your employees' talents, maximizing productivity and increasing morale throughout your organization. When employees feel that their company cares and encourages them to make the most of their strengths, they are more likely to respond with increased discretionary effort, a stronger work ethic, and more enthusiasm and commitment. The best way for employers to maximize employees' strengths is through their managers. StrengthsFinder allows you to see what you and your team-mates are good at so that you can delegate work appropriately. It also helps team members see from each other's perspectives, allowing everyone to understand what's important to their peers and how they operate.
