Case Study Analysis Repor

In this critical thinking assignment, you will read the academic paper: A Methodology for Improving Enterprise Performance by Analysing Worker Capabilities via Simulation. Analyze it and write a report in which you identify strengths and weaknesses across three criteria. As you read, pay special attention to the research methodology the authors used and how they performed the analysis of the pseudo corporation. Your assignment is to create a short report with three primary sections. In the first section you will identify the business strategy used and offer a critique that describes both a strength and a weakness of the strategy. The next section of the report will explain the research processes used as well as the strengths and weaknesses associated with them. The third section asks you to define the outcomes achieved and explain one strength and one weakness.

Your report should three to four pages in length, have an introduction and conclusion, and as always follow the CSU-Global Guide to Writing and APA Requirements.
