You are all talented executives working for Netflix in its subsidiaries across the world. You have never met before and the HR team at Netflix has brought you together as a team to develop a new and exciting project. The specific project has not been announced yet and instead HR have tasked you with meeting as group and deciding how you will collaborate.

Your talented team represents people from all over the world - so is highly multicultural in nature. The HR team are aware multicultural teams can bring many benefits but also challenges if cultural differences are not understood and resolved.
