Be sure to include specific examples and personal anecdotes to support your ideas. You will reflect on the series of self-assessment measures taken during this class to identify your own personality traits, skills, strengths and weaknesses (e.g., MBTI, Big-5, McClelland, Achievement, Optimism/Pessimism, Type NB). You will also reflect on the personality theories covered throughout this class to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and to identify areas for personal growth and development (psychological, emotional, and spiritual).

Make sure to implement feedback you received from your instructor regarding your Outline and Rough Draft homeworks. In 850 to 1,00D words include the following in your reflection:
