As a HRM Consultant, u have been invited to advise them on the possibility of restructuring company's HR practices to compete more effectively in global. linking relevant theories on SHRM & the role of SHRM in creating a high-performance organization and examining the HR system of the company

1. Identify strategic issues that need to be addressed by the directors

2. Critical reflection on different SHRM development and practices from various business sectors and propose training strategy to create a high-performance organization

3. Provide a strategic HR implementation plan for a high-performance and competitive organization

4. The proposed implementation plan above should cover SHRM,HR Planning,recruitment, selection and performance appraisal strategies.
