You have been allocated 5 minutes (+/- 10%) to deliver a presentation outlining at a minimum:

A detailed implementation and monitoring plan for your identified disaster risk reduction strategy/ies and rationale for your implementation and monitoring plan choices. Ensure your implementation and monitoring plan recommendations are based on critical thought, analysis and appropriate research to support the implementation plan. Ensure organisational and community capacity are clearly considered in the development of the plan.

Implementation and Monitoring:
Outline an action plan for implementing the identified risk reduction strategies. Identify the responsible stakeholders and allocated resources.
Develop a monitoring plan to assess the effectiveness of the implemented strategies.

Criterion 1: Content
Presents a detailed and comprehensive implementation and monitoring plan for the identified disaster risk reduction strategy/ies. The rationale for the choices is well-developed, supported by critical thought, analysis, and extensive research. Considers organisational and community capacity effectively.

Criterion 2: Implementation Plan
Presents a comprehensive and well-structured action plan for implementing the identified risk reduction strategies. Clearly outlines the steps, activities, and timeline.

Criterion 3: Stakeholders and resources
Identifies responsible stakeholders and allocated resources comprehensively. Demonstrates a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder. Provides detailed justifications for resource allocation.

Criterion 4: Monitoring Plan
Develops a comprehensive and well-structured monitoring plan to assess the effectiveness of the implemented strategies. Clearly outlines the indicators, methods, and frequency of monitoring.

Criterion 5: Presentation
Delivers a polished, engaging, and well-paced presentation within the given time limit. The content is effectively organised and communicated. Utilises PowerPoint and audio recording effectively as per instructions.

Superior skill in correct referencing style; proficient in paraphrasing key comments; direct quotations used very sparingly.
