Ensure your implementation and monitoring plan recommendations are based on critical thought, analysis and appropriate research to support the implementation plan. Ensure organisational and community capacity are clearly considered in the development of the plan.

Outline an action plan for implementing the identified risk reduction strategies. Identify the responsible stakeholders and allocated resources.
Develop a monitoring plan to assess the effectiveness of the implemented strategies.
