What is the whole exome sequencing and how is it done? Give two specific examples of the use of whole exome sequencing to identify the specific genetic cause of a human genetic disease.

I haven't found much information but what I have found is that this method sequences only the exons in the genome. I'm not sure about the definition itself and how it works to make examples.
