You will assume the position of an organisational consultant who collaborates with your fictitious client (Scandi) to investigate a workplace issue from many angles. By drawing on the theories of both functionalism and interpretivism, you will investigate the functionalist approach taken by your client in the case study and look at the many issues and points of view held by various stakeholders.
