REFLECTIVE REPORT
Word Limit: 2000 words.
This reflective report is to enable you to identify some of the management skills and your attitude towards them. These are skills that you will need in the future. The opportunity is for you to take four (4) small tests, research using your textbook and journals in the library as to why this is an important, reflect on your score in the test and develop an action plan for development of these skills whilst still at university. The rubric provided shows how the report will be evaluated.
The report will be submitted in five (2) parts. This is to enable you to summarily build your report using current lecture material. You will have all your results bar the last ten marks when you complete the unit.
PART 1: Will you be a courageous manager?
a) Take the test
b) Identify your score and interpretation
c) Research the theory behind the test and identify in 3 journals and text why this is important for a manager
d) Report format 350 words due Week Four (4) through Turnitin.
e) Use Harvard (as per the unit outline) for all sources and in text referencing
f) This is a reflective exercise so first person is appropriate when discussing your reflection.
g) You will be given a brief three (3) minute oral feedback on your submission
PART 2: What is your strategy strength?
a) Take the test
