Case:

Sage is 19-years-old and requests treatment for depression and anxiety. She tells you that she thinks she is gay but is afraid of what to do about it. She recently came out to her parents and they want her to enter a conversion therapy program. Her brother tells her it won't work and is trying to talk her out of going. She tells you that she is confused, and does not want to let her parents down.

Task
