Start with your key understanding of the theoretical model and its use in business and management to solve problems. Use relevant academic references and examples to illustrate application of the model.

In the next section, identify relevant ethical issues that may be faced by the organisations from your example. You should choose more recent examples drawn from clear and credible sources.

In the next section, present your understanding on challenges and benefits of working as a team. You should draw from your own experience while working in a team for component 1.
