Case Study: John, a 24-year-old, returned from the Iraq War last month. Since then he has become increasingly irritable, isolated, and depressed. His wife says he does not want to go anywhere and won't leave his home for days at a time. In the interview with the nurse at the clinic, he indicates that he feels helpless and anxious and jumpy.
