Briefly summarize your thoughts related to the following while also utilizing at least three supporting references from the Web in section I, three from the covey text in section II, and three from the Ferrell text in section III:

  1. Personal philosophy of life: the worldview you most closely identify with, the people/events that influenced its developments, and remaining unresolved issues. (note: this does not have to be one of the six world-views studied during weeks two and three, but if you choose another viewpoint, be sure to compare and contrast it with one we have studied)
  2. Personal values and mission: your 3-5 most important values; the most significant insights about your values, roles, and goals; your personal mission statement.
  3. Organizational values and business ethics: your organization's values and mission, your organization's ethical program or social responsibilities, your own moral philosophy and ethical principles (or style). (Note, you must pick an organization to analyze here. If you cannot or choose not to do the one for which you currently work, pick another that you can get the relevant information on in order to do the analysis).
