As a team, spend some time to review:

• Identify at least five key requirements of these customers

• Using any of the tools you now know how to use as a Quality Management associate:

o Analyze these stakeholders and rank them. Do not bother ranking the requirement, only rank the stakeholders.

o Analyze the requirements and based on your experience, rank the requirements based on your level of agreement with if a requirement is met or not. Use any ranking matrix you know to present the result of the ranking.

• Pick the requirement at the bottom that you consider the most unmet:

o Use any of the tools you now know about to diagnose the causes of the most unmet expectation. List at least five causes for the unmet requirement.

• Lastly, use the Force Field analysis to show the opposing forces that have created the topmost unmet expectation.
