For this exercise, imagine your campus is a small country with a high rate of IPV and you are creating a national public health initiative to address the issue.

You decide the program must focus on society risk factors for IPV rather than those at the individual, relationship, or community levels.

Societal risk factors include traditional gender norms and power inequality between men and women (for example, women are subservient to men, men make all the decisions), norms that support aggressive behavior, and income inequality between men and women (CDC, 2020c).

Based on this information, answer these four questions and refer to the four constructs of the Diffusion of Innovation Theory in your responses.
