For the discussion thread, compare and contrast, two teams that either you have led, or were a member of. Identify one high-functioning team that really clicked, came together and was fun to be a part of. What did you accomplish? Name three (3) specific qualities that made you a high-performing team. What skills and attributes did the leader and the members share? Why did they succeed and thrive?
Then describe a team that clearly failed their mission and purpose (no specific identifying names, company or details please). If you have never been on one of those teams (lucky you), then think of one you observed that never really gelled, nor accomplished their goal. Name three (3) obstacles that got in their way, or influences they just never overcame. What was their leadership like? What did they lack?
