Create schedule using the WBS you created for your Group WBS Assignment, taking into consideration my feedback. A project of this nature has many components and a very large schedule. In order to keep it simple, I'm asking that you create 25-30 deliverables + tasks combined. So, choose a part, or several parts, of your WBS and break down work packages into tasks. You don't have to include all the work packages in this assignment if it would mean that you're going to end up with more than 30 items in your schedule.

Some of these deliverables can't be started until others are finished. We refer to this as dependency relationships. As you build your schedule, identify 3 logical dependency relationships using MS Project. In MS Project, these dependencies are depicted using the "predecessors" column.

In addition, assume you have a team of 5 people. Create resource pool using fictitious names, assume a reasonable hourly rate and assign these people to all the activities in the schedule.

Lastly, identify the project's critical path, which can be identified in MS Project by clicking on the Format tab and placing a checkmark in the Critical tasks box. Please make sure when you close the project, Critical tasks are checked so that when I open your file, I can see them.
