Kina is a journalist at Kembara Magazine. As an excellent journalist she believes hard work and good effort will help her getting a promotion. Kina consistently displays exemplary job performance, her write up often receives good review from readers and for the past three years her articles has won 'Best Tourism Article Award'. She feel content with herself and work.

Recently Kina's editor asked her to write an article on "10 must have beauty gadgets" for the companys' new magazine. She is a bit reluctant to write as she has no interest and knowledge on the topic. Her editor insisted her to write and promised her that he would not judge her performance based on the article.

Kina started to work on the article, she spent most of her time researching for information and finally she completes her task and submits the article to her editor. Her editor has now sent back the article saying it is not interesting enough to hold the attention of the reader and she was asked to rewrite the article.

A month after the incident, Kina applied for a position of senior journalist. She requested for recommendation from her editor, however, her editor refused to recommend her as her last article on "10 must have beauty gadgets" was not good. She is upset and dissatisfied with her editor. Days passes, with Kina feeling frustrated and demotivated. Kina has changed a lot and became passive and is often absent from work.
